- Previous experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within a heavy manufacturing, packaging, or 24/7 production environment.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment for hourly industrial roles.
- Familiarity with industrial safety compliance, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation processes.
- Experience utilizing electronic timekeeping and scheduling systems.
- Exceptional flexibility to support a multi-shift operation, including occasional nights or weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive talent acquisition efforts to meet immediate production demands and reduce turnover.
- Employee Relations & Performance: Act as a trusted resource for production staff, managing workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
- Safety & Compliance: Champion safety program compliance on the plant floor, working closely with leadership to enforce standards and maintain a zero-incident culture.
- HR Administration: Assist with timekeeping processes, complex shift scheduling, and maintaining accurate, confidential employee records.
- Benefits Management: Lead benefits administration, addressing employee inquiries regarding enrollment and eligibility.
