We're looking for a UKG-savvy compliance pro to help keep our operations running smoothly across every state. Responsibilities

• Apply for new state and local tax IDs as our business expands into new jurisdictions.
  
  
• Formally close tax IDs and account registrations when operations cease in specific states or localities.
  
  
• Systematically review incoming agency tax notices and collaborate with UKG and/or internal Corporate Tax to resolve them promptly.
  
  
• Submit, manage, and track support cases directly within UKG regarding tax notices, profile adjustments, and agency inquiries.
  
  
• Active participation in weekly review meetings to track open tax notices, monitor pending cases, and align on compliance items.
  
  
• Promptly update UKG system settings with new tax IDs, state unemployment insurance (SUI) rates, and jurisdictional parameters.
  
  
• Conduct comprehensive quarterly and year-end audits of tax reports generated and provided by UKG to ensure data accuracy and record integrity.
