Responsibilities

• Appointment & Dispatch Management: Schedule, adjust, and dispatch priority service requests across phone, chat, email, and portals while optimizing team capacity.
  
  
• Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Answer inquiries regarding billing, ETAs, and products, proactively resolving customer issues or escalating appropriately.
  
  
• Data & Financial Administration: Process compliant payments, issue invoices, maintain precise customer accounts, and disposition all interactions in tracking systems.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Operations: Partner with sales and dispatch teams to streamline scheduling, deliver timely status updates, and support general administrative tasks.
