Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Construction & Tenant Accounting: Process, post, and track KSRC construction invoices and payments; execute billbacks for tenant improvement (TI) costs and one-time charges.
- Lease Administration & Deposits: Review lease abstracts for accuracy, post security deposits, and process deposit returns using property management move-out packages.
- Tenant Billing & Statements: Generate and issue monthly rent statements, prepare tenant billbacks across all properties, and manage tenant move-in/move-out financial workflows (including DocuSign tracking).
- CAM & Tax Reconciliations: Prepare and review year-end CAM reconciliations, year-end adjustments, next-year CAM estimates, and current/upcoming fiscal year real estate tax billings.
- Letters of Credit & Team Support: Maintain tenant Letter of Credit (LOC) records and expiration tracking; provide cross-coverage for team accounting functions during absences.
- Background in accounting, finance, or property management accounting.
- Familiarity with tenant billing concepts and CAM reconciliations.
- Proficiency with Yardi, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
