Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Delivery: Supervise inbound receiving, put-away, order packing, routing, and outbound shipments to ensure swift turnaround times and accurate invoicing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and delegate tasks to warehouse personnel while fostering engagement and communication.
- Quality & Inventory Control: Perform quality checks, process customer returns, ensure strict inventory accuracy using data entry software, and maintain safety policies.
- Performance & Improvement: Track team productivity, collaborate with management on performance reviews, and implement refined processes to boost efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access all areas of the warehouse.

Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Mentor and train warehouse personnel.
- Ability to delegate when assigning employee workloads.
- Work in unison with other departments.
- Constant communication with warehouse team for support and engagement.
- Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
- Responsible for housekeeping.
- Informs any warehouse equipment issues to Warehouse Manager.
- Communicates position expectations and train employees.
- Defines staffing needs and allocate workload.
- Ensures the accuracy of inventory, incoming receipts, and outbound shipments.
- Receives incoming inventory, assists in quality checks, confirms quantities, and enters receipt properly into the system.
- Maintains swift and accurate put away turnaround time, prioritizing items with demand.
- Receives and manages customer returns.
- Prepares, packs, schedules, quality checks, inspects, route orders and invoices per company guidelines.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in ensuring quality of products.
- Measures and addresses the effectiveness of employee performance and warehousing activities.
- Works with management teams to observe disciplinary issues, attendance, and performance of direct reports.
- Reviews and refines new methods, processes, and improvements with corresponding team members.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
