Customer Service/Admin Wilton, NH $22-$25/hr In this key, full-time role (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM), you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our office, handling everything from customer inquiries and order processing to inventory tracking and administrative support. Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Order Processing
  
  
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status updates, quotations, expedite requests, and general concerns.
    
    
  • Process customer orders and change requests accurately.
    
    
  • Collaborate across departments to fulfill specific customer requirements.
    
    
• Inventory & Office Administration
  
  
  • Manage phone coverage, direct calls, and welcome guests.
    
    
  • Process invoicing and perform routine data entry.
    
    
  • Maintain finished stock inventory, including physical counts and software updates.
    
    
  • Provide general administrative support and complete other tasks as assigned.
