A respected Seattle plaintiff-side litigation firm is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join its team and support a long-term, high-impact case involving 164 clients affected by gender-based violence and sexual abuse.
This is a client-facing role for someone who is comfortable working on sensitive subject matter and passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion.
What You'll Do:
- Support complex litigation from case development through trial
- Draft pleadings and assist with discovery
- Order and organize records
- Communicate directly with clients
- Work closely with an 8-person litigation team in a highly collaborative, tag-team environment
- Potentially travel to the Tri-Cities area for in-person client meetings
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally within a larger law firm or nonprofit setting
- strong experience with pleadings, discovery, and records
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- strong client communication skills
- Interest in equity, diversity, and inclusion work
- King County e-filing experience is a plus, but not required
