Location: Dallas, TX | USA | Full-time Onsite Compensation: $20-24 per hour based on experience Shift Schedules:
- Monday–Friday, no weekends
- 6-week onsite training program, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- After training, you'll be assigned a 9-hour shift within a 7 AM–8 PM window
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social services, public health, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years' experience in a customer service, service center, and/or sales enablement role
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize work activities to meet deadlines
- Dual language (Spanish & English) preferred

Responsibilities
- Educate members on surgical offerings and ensure benefits are clearly understood
- Coordinate member appointments, travel, and provider selection
- Assist with provider selection
- Resolve and document member inquiries with precision and efficiency
- Maintain strict PHI compliance while handling sensitive healthcare data
