Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Order Support: Serve as the primary contact for incoming client requests, addressing inquiries, tracking sales and purchase orders, and following up on open quotes to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Order Logistics & System Management: Input and manage orders accurately through specialized vendor portals, coordinating shipping logistics to minimize delivery delays.
- Product Expertise & Continuous Learning: Build a working knowledge of technical product offerings and utilize pricing tools, matrix systems, and vendor databases to solve complex customer inquiries.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Partner closely with internal production, sales, and finance departments, as well as external suppliers, to streamline workflows and quickly resolve operational hurdles.
- Quality & Operational Compliance: Maintain high operational standards by adhering to corporate safety guidelines, internal quality procedures, and standardized process metrics.
