About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator, Contracts & Pricing to support the execution of customer contracts, pricing strategies, and quotation processes. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support, you will play a critical role in driving pricing accuracy, maintaining data integrity, and accelerating our quote-to-cash workflow to support commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Administration: Review, track, and maintain customer contracts, renewals, and amendments. Ensure terms, service commitments, and pricing schedules align with company policy.
- Pricing & Approvals: Maintain pricing matrices, discount structures, and customer price files. Validate quote accuracy, monitor exceptions, and assist in identifying margin improvement opportunities.
- Quote Support: Generate, audit, and route customer quotes. Coordinate cross-functional approvals for non-standard pricing and commercial exceptions.
- Systems & Data Integrity: Manage contracts, pricing, and customer records within CRM/CPQ platforms. Assist with process improvements and system enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to streamline execution and align operations with contractual commitments.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor quote activity, contract renewals, and pricing performance to recommend workflow enhancements and support management forecasting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1–3+ years in pricing, contract administration, sales operations, or commercial support.
- Technical Skills: strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics) and CPQ systems preferred. ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Contract Administration
Review, maintain, and track customer contracts and commercial agreements.
Ensure contract terms, pricing schedules, and service commitments are accurately documented.
Support contract renewals, amendments, and extensions.
Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
Pricing Management
Maintain customer pricing files, discount structures, and pricing matrices.
Validate pricing accuracy across quotes, proposals, and contract agreements.
Support special pricing requests and approval workflows.
Monitor pricing exceptions and identify opportunities for margin improvement.
Quote and Proposal Support
Generate and review customer quotes based on approved pricing and contract terms.
Ensure quote accuracy and completeness prior to customer submission.
Coordinate approvals for discounts, non-standard pricing, and commercial exceptions.
Support the quote-to-cash process from opportunity through order execution.
