This position will report to the Accounting and Finance Management team and partner closely with departments including Warehouse, Accounting, Pricing, Trade Development, and Executive Management. The ideal candidate will have General Ledger experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries and perform General Ledger reconciliations.
- Analyze monthly and year-over-year expenses, including accruals, reclassifications, and budget-to-actual variances.
- Reconcile gross profit between financial and billing/distribution systems.
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Perform bank, petty cash, and other account reconciliations; research and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with tax filings, annual budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly/year-end reporting.
- Support vendor aging, cash-flow forecasting, commission and incentive payouts, and payroll as needed.
- Process monthly spoilage reconciliations and billing.
- Coordinate license renewals and provide additional accounting support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experience.
- 3+ years of General Ledger reconciliation experience.
- Working knowledge of GAAP, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, deferred charges, and payroll.
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
