We are is seeking a high-energy, dedicated Practice Coordinator to join our Diagnostic Cardiology team in Salem, MA. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining a seamless clinic workflow, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Check-In & Customer Service: Greet patients, oversee check-in/check-out, answer high-volume incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Scheduling & Outreach: Schedule patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups. Conduct pre-appointment reminder calls and patient outreach.
- Clinic Operations & Workflow: Ensure smooth daily operational flow, maintain accurate electronic medical records, and monitor/manage inventory levels of office and medical supplies.
- Administrative Leadership: Support administrative staff with training and workflow guidance, collaborating with clinic leadership to enforce practice standards and protocols.
- Must-Have Qualifications:
- Demonstrated front-desk experience in a medical office, clinic, or hospital setting.
- Top-tier customer service skills and clear, professional phone communication.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Salem, MA (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, specifically EPIC.
- 3+ years of experience in clinic or hospital administration; 2+ years of supervisory/lead experience preferred.
- High familiarity with medical terminology, appointment scheduling systems, and patient intake workflows.
