Responsibilities
Meet Production Goals: Ensure daily and shift-specific production targets are met while maintaining efficiency and product quality.
Monitor Production Operations: Oversee textile production processes and equipment throughout the second shift to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain Quality Standards: Inspect finished and in-process products to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications.
Operate and Monitor Machinery: Operate production equipment as needed and monitor machinery for proper performance, identifying and reporting issues promptly.
Troubleshoot Production Issues: Address minor equipment, material, or production problems and communicate larger issues to maintenance or management.
Follow Safety Procedures: Maintain a safe work environment by following all company safety policies, proper machine procedures, and PPE requirements.
Manage Materials and Supplies: Monitor raw materials and production supplies to ensure the line remains properly stocked and production is not interrupted.
Maintain a Clean Work Area: Ensure production areas, machinery, and workstations remain clean, organized, and free of unnecessary hazards throughout the shift.
Communicate Shift Information: Provide clear communication regarding production output, equipment issues, quality concerns, and other important information to supervisors and the incoming shift.
