Recruiting & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and hire candidates for light industrial roles
- Support background checks, drug screens, and hiring paperwork
- Assist with orientations and ensure new hires understand safety expectations
- Help manage timekeeping, punch corrections, and weekly payroll accuracy
- Track attendance, handle call‑outs, and coach employees on expectations
- Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and injury reporting
- Partner with supervisors on performance conversations and terminations
- Serve as a daily point of contact for employee questions
- Communicate with client supervisors about staffing needs and changes
- Adjust recruiting efforts based on production volume
- Provide basic reporting on attendance, turnover, and fill rates
- Is comfortable working mid‑shift hours
- Enjoys fast‑changing priorities and a busy environment
- Stays calm when volume spikes or issues arise
- Likes being visible, present, and interacting with people throughout the day

Responsibilities
Recruiting & Onboarding
- High-Volume Sourcing: Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial, warehouse, and manufacturing roles.
- Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the hiring process, including background checks, drug screenings, and hiring paperwork.
- Orientation: Conduct engaging first-day orientations and facility tours to ensure new hires are set up for success and understand safety protocols.
- Payroll & Timekeeping: Oversee weekly timesheet collection, resolve punch errors, and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Attendance Tracking: Monitor daily attendance, handle call-outs, and manage attendance-related coaching or disciplinary actions.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, injuries, or workplace conflicts.
- Performance Management: Partner with client supervisors to track talent performance, provide coaching, and handle terminations when necessary.
- Daily Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between Randstad talent and site leadership.
- Reporting: Track fill rates, turnover, and attendance metrics to provide regular updates to client stakeholders.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate client needs, adjust recruiting strategies based on production peaks, and ensure seamless staffing operations.
