Our large manufacturing client in Nashua, NH is looking to fill a permanent  Accounts Payable Role role. This position will involve high volume accounts payable work. If you have good attention to detail, are a problem solver, self sufficient and organized and are experienced in Accounts Payable, this could be the right role for you! You would be working within a smaller team.   Location - Nashua, NH - role is 3 days in office, 2 days remote.  Hours are Full time hours - Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch  Pay Rate - $28.85/hr - $33.65/hr depending on experience level Cafeteria on site! Responsibilities

• Daily processing of accounts payable transactions
• Daily review of employee business expense reimbursement requests (Concur)
• Preparation of daily and weekly Microsoft Dynamix AX system reporting on AP
• Resolving discrepancies related to AP purchase accrual reports with procurement team
• Preparation and processing of weekly ACH, check and wire payments, and prepaid payments
• Investigation of discrepancies by reconciling vendor account balances to monthly vendor statements
• Reconciliation and processing of company's credit card invoices

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance department
• Self-motivated individual that is detail oriented and has a good work ethic
• Microsoft Excel experience - intermediate level is preferred (VLOOKUP and pivots)
