Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Operational Accounting
- Manage AP: code, enter, and process vendor invoices.
- Manage AR: generate client invoices, apply payments, and track collections.
- Perform monthly bank/credit card reconciliations and post routine general ledger entries.
- Assist with biweekly payroll preparation and employee timecard verification.
- Answer incoming office calls, direct inquiries to appropriate staff, and take clear messages.
- Greet visiting clients, vendors, and field personnel.
- Process incoming/outgoing communications, deliveries, and office correspondence.
- Monitor office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a clean reception area.
