Job Summary
The B2B Collections AR Specialist tracks aging reports, resolves business billing discrepancies, and communicates directly with corporate clients to secure timely payments. This role balances firm financial follow-up with professional relationship management.
Portfolio Management: Monitor AR aging reports for assigned business accounts, prioritizing past-due invoices.
Account Documentation: Maintain clean, detailed notes of all client communication, follow-up dates, and collection progress in the system.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B credit, collections, or general accounts receivable.
Knowledge of Netsuite would be a huge plus
Software Proficiency: CRM platforms, and intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel.
Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills tailored for professional corporate communication.
Compliance: Knowledge of commercial collection regulations, standard financial policies, and privacy protocols.
