Key Responsibilities
- Process & Quality Control: Perform first-piece startup verifications, conduct routine process monitoring, and issue Temporary Change Requests (Temp CRs) whenever parameters drift out of tolerance.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Direct-respond to operator inquiries, inspect tooling/machinery, and submit work orders for prompt equipment and tool repairs.
- Equipment Setup: Configure robotic end-of-arm tooling, adjust cam settings, and set up decorating equipment according to Master Process Control Sheets.
- Audit & Verification: Conduct Bill of Materials (BOM), part weight, and cycle time verifications to safeguard product quality.
- Communication & Shift Handover: Deliver clear shift passdown reports, collaborate with Die Setters and Supervisors, and lead daily technical communication.
- High school diploma/GED OR 3+ months of related manufacturing experience/training.
- Basic math skills (additions, subtractions, percentages, proportions).
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and system documentation.
- Solid communication skills and a team-first, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced plant environment.

- Physical & Logistics: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment, and support weekday or weekend overtime as needed.
