- 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or distribution
- Solid working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, cycle counting methodologies, and warehouse operations
- Background in customer service with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly via phone, email, and formal documentation
- Proficient in creating and reviewing Bills of Lading (BOLs), freight documents, and transfer papers
- Ability to collect data, establish facts, analyze root causes, and present actionable conclusions to management

Responsibilities
- Serve as a direct point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, stock availability, and shipment updates via phone and email.
- Accurately create, process, and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), pick lists, packing slips, and associated shipping paperwork for customer shipments and inter-company transfers.
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts. Investigate variances, identify root causes, and execute corrective action.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in the ERP/inventory management system to reflect accurate stock levels and transfers.
- Handle the full lifecycle of Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), working directly with customer service and customers to process returns and credits smoothly.
- Work directly with logistics contacts to schedule carriers and freight pickups for outgoing and incoming transfers.
- Retrieve work orders from system queues, confirm receipt of open orders, and organize them systematically for assembly.
- Assign work orders based on customer priority and due dates; close out completed orders in the ERP system so shipping paperwork can be generated.
