We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join a premier professional services firm. This role provides critical administrative support to executive leadership while collaborating closely with the core operations team. The ideal candidate brings dedicated experience within a CPA or accounting environment, managing specialized tax workflow tools, client billing, and front-office operations.  

salary: $22 - $28 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• ax & Compliance Preparation: Assemble, review, and deliver paper and electronic tax packages using electronic delivery platforms (e.g., SafeSend). Support seasonal 1099 assembly and distribution.
  
  
• Billing & Reporting: Generate client invoices, track billing metrics, and produce, edit, and format routine executive reports.
  
  
• Calendar & Logistics: Manage complex executive calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate internal schedules.
  
  
• Project & Team Support: Partner with the Administrative Team Lead on special projects, process improvements, and high-volume seasonal preparations.
  
  

Front Office & Operational Coverage

• Reception & Communication: Provide back-up coverage for the main reception area, managing incoming calls, monitoring central email inboxes, and greeting arriving team members and guests.
  
  
• Mailing & Logistics: Prepare physical mailings, certified letters, and FedEx packages for scheduled carrier drop-offs.
  
  
• Operational Tracking: Compile and report weekly staff timesheet data directly to management.
