Responsibilities

• Maintain HR & OSHA Compliance: Keep track of certifications, licenses, safety logs, and required state/federal workplace posters to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  
  
• Proactive Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, safety gear distribution, and new-hire paperwork so field workers and staff are site-ready from day one.
  
  
• General Administrative & Office Support: Manage office supplies, file digital and physical employee records, handle incoming calls, and assist management with daily operational paperwork.
  
  
• Timecard & Benefits Assistance: Help collect and verify field timecards for payroll and act as a first point of contact for employee benefits or policy questions.
