- Serve as the friendly, go-to voice for policyholders handling inbound calls about coverage, billing, and account updates.
- Solve problems on the spot with empathy, speed, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Master industry software to log calls, process requests, and collaborate with internal claims and underwriting teams.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from policyholders focused on customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
- Assist clients with policy updates, coverage questions, billing, and account maintenance.
- De-escalate customer concerns with empathy, patience, and active listening.
- Maintain accurate records and log details across internal databases in real-time.
- Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams to route complex inquiries smoothly.
- Adhere to company standards and Property & Casualty insurance regulations.

- Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, sharp problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software and dual-monitor phone systems.
- Experience: Customer service, retail, or call center experience preferred (P&C knowledge is a plus, but not required).
