The specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Credit, Regulatory, Contract Administration, and Customer Operations, to facilitate onboarding activities, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the onboarding lifecycle. MUST be able to work hybrid. Monday and Tuesday in office: Wednesday - Friday are remote.
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, specialty pharmacy, or medical supply industries.
- Experience using Salesforce, SAP, Smartsheet, or similar business systems.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects or customer onboarding processes.

Responsibilities
- Support onboarding activities for new customer accounts from initiation through activation.
- Review onboarding requirements and ensure necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate onboarding tasks across multiple internal departments.
- Track onboarding progress and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
- Monitor onboarding timelines and assist in meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and escalate onboarding risks, delays, or process bottlenecks.
- Respond to customer, sales, and internal stakeholder inquiries.
- Maintain onboarding records and workflow documentation.
- Generate onboarding status updates and reports.
- Research and analyze customer information using systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and other onboarding tools.
- Support special projects, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.
