- Front Desk & Admin: Serve as the primary contact for visitors; handle mail, supplies, document prep, and executive travel arrangements. Coordinate with HR and Leadership on announcements and scheduling.
- Fleet Management: Track vehicle usage, mileage, fuel logs, maintenance, and insurance policies.
- Property & Dorm Operations: Oversee employee housing assignments, inventory, facility cleanliness, safety standards, and leasing support.
- Vendor & Event Support: Maintain key relationships with landlords, suppliers, and service providers. Assist leadership with planning, supplies, and vendor management for company events.
- Required: Experience working in a culturally diverse environment, strong communication skills, background in vendor management and employee relations, and the ability to manage high-volume, multi-tasking operations.
- Preferred: 1–2 years of administrative experience; knowledge of Mandarin or Chinese culture is a strong plus.
- Fast-paced manufacturing office with occasional extended hours or travel for routine admin tasks.
- Role involves sitting at the front desk for extended periods, occasional bending/reaching, and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities
Fleet management:
Tracking company vehicles (possession and use)
Maintaining vehicle insurance policies
Tracking fuel use, mileage and maintenance necessities
Property/Dorm management:
