Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-accountability Aircraft Repair & Sales Coordinator to manage end-to-end component repair workflows, vendor negotiations, and commercial logistics under Repairs by the Hour (RBTH) and Power by the Hour (PBH) contracts.
In this role, you will coordinate with over 20 certified MRO repair facilities across Southeast Florida and internationally, actively managing 20 to 30 complex repair items at any given time. You will also play a key role in major aircraft teardown projects (up to 10 aircraft tear-downs, managing up to 10,000 parts per aircraft), tracking components from disassembly through MRO certification and re-entry into inventory for sale.

Responsibilities
- Repair Order Management: Coordinate repair, overhaul, and exchange workflows for regional jet parts (Embraer, Bombardier, De Havilland, Dash 8).
- Vendor & Price Negotiation: Negotiate shop quotes, work scopes, turnaround times (TAT), and warranty terms to boost margins and cut delays.
- Teardown & Traceability: Audit component intake for teardowns. Maintain Back-to-Birth (BTB) records, trace history, and FAA 8130-3 / EASA Form 1 certificates.
- TAT & KPI Tracking: Monitor shop progress in Quantum to prevent repaired inventory from sitting idle.
- MRO Oversight & Collaboration: Build strong MRO relationships while partnering with sales/procurement to align stock availability.
- Quantum Software (REQUIRED): 2+ years of hands-on Quantum experience tracking parts, inventory, and repair orders. (Mandatory—no exceptions.)
- Industry Background: 2–5+ years in aviation aftermarket sales, repair coordination, or RBTH / PBH administration.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with regional jets, AOG urgency, BTB trace, and FAA vs. EASA compliance.
- Negotiation & Mindset: Proven ability to negotiate shop pricing/TAT within budget. Proactive, detail-driven, and thrives in a high-accountability environment.
