Global Education Programs Coordinator
About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Education Programs Coordinator to manage the development and execution of international educational activities, training courses, and virtual programming for a leading non-profit professional association. In this role, you will collaborate with global subject matter experts and leadership to build high-impact learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Execution: Coordinate in-person and virtual educational courses, licensing programs, and guest lecture initiatives from inception to delivery.
- Content & Speaker Management: Partner with subject matter experts to build agendas, recruit speakers, and organize course materials.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare program budgets, track expenses, reconcile accounts, and support annual financial reviews.
- Event & Project Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for international partner programs, VIP events, and global guest initiatives at annual conferences.
- Accreditation Support: Ensure educational activities align with professional continuing education standards and maintain program documentation
