Responsibilities
- Evaluate daily offer packages, job descriptions, and level matches across a broad workforce to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Assist in running data projections and scenario modeling for 2027 merit planning.
- Perform thorough market analyses to evaluate current job grades against external industry standards.
- Document internal practices, compensation frameworks, and workflows to establish consistent standard operating procedures.
- Utilize data integrity best practices to handle sensitive employee compensation details, reviewing job classifications against FLSA guidelines.
