- Required:

- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and aptitude to learn custom databases.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities with sharp attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities
- Executive & Organizational Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and assist leadership with high-priority projects, reporting, and board communications.
- Front-Office & Stakeholder Relations: Greet visitors, direct incoming calls and inquiries, and deliver professional communication to internal teams, donors, vendors, and community partners.
- Operations & Document Control: Oversee physical and digital filing systems, handle data entry, track reports, process incoming mail/invoices, and maintain inventory for office supplies and equipment.
- Event & Compliance Coordination: Organize logistics for organizational events, trainings, and meetings while maintaining confidentiality across sensitive financial, personnel, and compliance records.
