You will monitor wafer flow, respond to system alerts, and make critical decisions to keep the line running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and Operate: Oversee automated systems, track wafer flow, and manage system dashboards to keep production moving.
- Respond and Troubleshoot: Act quickly when alarms occur, follow step-by-step guides, and analyze system data to solve quality issues.
- Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with engineers and team members to fix problems and keep production stable.
- Multi-Task: Manage system alerts, tool checks, and production priorities at the same time to prevent downtime.
- Safety First: Follow all safety, health, and security guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's degree or non-STEM Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn production software.
- Problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Able to work primarily in an office setting with occasional entry into the cleanroom wearing protective gear.
- Employment is contingent upon successful background check and drug screening.
- Regular Work Week: Compressed 12-hour shifts after training (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM), alternating 3 days one week and 4 days the next.
