In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for retail customers and patients, providing prompt and friendly service while efficiently processing point-of-sale transactions. Responsibilities include handling cash and credit payments, maintaining an accurate cash drawer, stocking over-the-counter merchandise, and keeping the retail sales floor clean and organized. You will also answer incoming phone calls, assist customers in locating retail products, and ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
