Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Manage High-Volume Inbound Calls: Handle 50–75 incoming calls per day from agents and clients, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  
  
• Resolve Inquiries & Provide Guidance: Assist callers with bond-related questions, billing inquiries, document issuance, and system navigation.
  
  
• Problem Solve & Support: Identify root causes of client issues and work effectively to deliver quick, accurate resolutions.
  
  
• Maintain System Records: Accurately log client interactions, document issuance, and transaction updates within internal tracking databases.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a call center, high-volume customer service, or insurance/financial services environment.
  
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills with an empathetic and professional phone demeanor.
  
  
• Comfort navigating multiple software platforms and databases simultaneously.
  
  
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
