Your Impact and Responsibilities
- Drive fulfillment success: Partner with sales teams and suppliers to execute bulk, drop-ship, and non-stock delivery models.
- Manage vital data: Ensure supplier information, product catalogs, and pricing are meticulously maintained for accuracy.
- Streamline order processes: Manage contracts with vendors, generate precise quotes, and coordinate comprehensive information for sales teams.
- Resolve discrepancies: Collaborate closely with the supply chain department to resolve order issues and optimize closeout efficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, sales support, order management, quoting, or invoicing with a background in sourcing or placing orders.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in business, supply chain, or accounting preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to accurately process quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in SAP and the MS Office Suite and a proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
