Requirements:
- 2+ yrs AR/Collections experience
- Advanced MS Excel & data entry skills
- communication & organization
- HS Diploma (Associate's/Sage a plus!)
salary: $24 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Setting up new customers including gathering required legal information
Running D&B Reports and credit checks following company guidelines
Generating compliance reports for Credit Insurance company
Developing and implementing collection strategies
Contacting past due accounts to prompt immediate collection and/or hold customers
accountable to a collection plan
Post cash receipts
Forecast collection activity and update management on status of collections
