Key Responsibilities
- Program & Learning Support: Manage project timelines, communications, stakeholder engagement, and logistics for senior leader development sessions, assessments, and team-building events.
- Content Creation & LXP Management: Design job aids, toolkits, and presentation slides; curate content within the Learning Experience Platform (LXP); and track learner participation.
- Communications & Facilitation: Draft executive-ready communications and facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
- Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Build dashboards and reports to track learning outcomes, identify process efficiencies, and securely manage sensitive talent data.
- Experience: 4+ years in learning & development, talent management, project coordination, or corporate communications.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in MS Office (advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Canva, and applied AI/productivity tools. Experience with LMS, LXP, or HRIS platforms preferred.
- Core Competencies: solid project management, data visualization, facilitation skills, sharp attention to detail, and a process-improvement mindset.
