- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in packaging, assembly work, production planning, or related manufacturing disciplines.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Continuous Improvement: Experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
- Technical Skills: strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and understand packaging processes.
- Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to regularly stand, move, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Safe navigation around equipment and shop/facility environments while utilizing required PPE.+

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Train, manage, and schedule packaging and relabeling employees while providing constructive, timely performance evaluations.
- Workflow & Operations Oversight: Oversee daily packaging processes, ensuring products are correctly identified, staged, and warehoused according to operational standards.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on assistance and partner with maintenance teams to rapidly troubleshoot down machinery and maintain high line efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interact daily with Planning, QA, Maintenance, and internal departments to keep facility operations running smoothly.
- Safety & Quality Compliance: Enforce compliance with company safety regulations, PPE guidelines, and ensure all operational paperwork is completed and signed accurately.
