We are seeking an experienced Corporate Customer Care Representative with hands-on SAP expertise and a background in manufacturing or industrial operations to manage our North American corrugating roll accounts. In this role, you will own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, serving as the critical link between corporate clients, international headquarters, engineering, production, and logistics. This is not a standard call-center position—it requires high technical accuracy, proactive urgency handling, and active contract/entitlement oversight to ensure accurate order flow and on-time delivery across global supply chains. Key Responsibilities SAP Order-to-Cash Execution: Manage the complete O2C process in SAP, including accurate order entry, complex line-item quoting, pricing validation, and order tracking. Manufacturing & Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner daily with engineering, plant operations, logistics, scheduling, and overseas warehouse teams to keep technical orders moving on schedule. Corporate Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for North American industrial accounts, delivering high-urgency communication, clear delivery updates, and reliable post-sales service. Contract & Entitlement Oversight: Review client purchase orders against existing commercial contracts to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), pricing structures, order entitlements, and renewal terms. Core Qualifications SAP Proficiency (Must-Have): Proven, practical experience using SAP for order entry, quote generation, and Order-to-Cash workflow management within a corporate setting. Manufacturing / Industrial Experience: Demonstrated exposure to manufacturing operations, technical product lines, or supply chain logistics environments. Corporate Customer Service & Urgency Handling: 3+ years of corporate, high-volume B2B customer service experience with a track record of resolving critical issues under tight deadlines. Contract & Documentation Management: strong administrative skills in cross-referencing customer contracts, verifying entitlements, and maintaining strict compliance documentation.
