Responsibilities
In this role, a typical day will include:
Set up, configure, operate, and maintain laboratory and production equipment, including
pumps, tablet compression machines, and instruments used in pharmaceutical and contact
lens manufacturing.

Mix compound ingredients and chemical solutions following instructions and checklists for
use in formulations and testing.
•
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices
(cGMP) to ensure compliance with GxP regulations.
•
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of processes, test results, and operational
records.
•
Monitor product quality using statistical process control and other verification procedures to
ensure rigorous quality standards.
•
Manage inventory of materials and chemical agents, ensuring proper stock levels and
handling.
•
Assist with product inspections, address deviations, and support continuous improvement
initiatives.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Complete all required training and meet individual job requirements to support overall
organizational compliance.
