We are looking for an organized and responsive Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation operations. In this role, you will serve as the central hub of communication between drivers, customers, and warehouse teams—scheduling routes, tracking shipments, and resolving logisitics issues in real time to ensure safe, on-time deliveries.

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch & Scheduling: Assign and schedule drivers, equipment, and transportation resources for optimal daily coverage.
  
  
• Route & Fleet Tracking: Monitor active shipments, vehicle locations, and delivery statuses using GPS technology and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  
  
• Driver & Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding route adjustments, delays, and customer delivery requirements.
  
  
• Issue Resolution: Handle service disruptions, route changes, emergencies, and customer concerns promptly to minimize downtime.
  
  
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain precise dispatch logs, verify delivery receipts/Bills of Lading (BOL), and ensure full adherence to DOT regulations and safety policies.
  
  
• Operational Support: Collaborate with warehouse, carrier, and customer service teams to maintain high service levels and efficiency.
