- Facilitate Payroll & Compliance: Support payroll execution with external PEO partners and maintain key legal documentation, including lien releases and certificates of insurance.

- Industry Experience: 3+ years in specialty trade or general construction office administration (electrical contracting experience preferred; HVAC, plumbing, or specialty service trades highly regarded).
- Permitting & Compliance: Proven track record navigating Florida building department protocols, code compliance, and inspection workflows.
- Financial & Bookkeeping Skills: Direct experience with QuickBooks Online, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), construction billing, and vendor account reconciliation.
- Operations & Logistics: Demonstrable success in dispatching, service coordination, and scheduling field technicians.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Skilled at communicating cross-functionally with municipal inspectors, utility companies, sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication, digital file organization, accurate data entry, and computer literacy.
