Responsibilities
️ Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Swiss Turning machines to produce precision components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
- Perform inspections using precision measurement tools to verify quality
- Program or modify G-code as needed for custom jobs
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to optimize efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- 5+ years operating 3- and 5-axis milling machines
- Experience working with tight tolerances and complex precision parts
- Understanding of GD&T and machining principles
- Proficient with metrology and measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
