Established and growing company located in North Palm Beach county  is seeking a welder/ fabricator exprienced with TIG and  MIG welding. Experience working with aluminum is a plus+!  The ideal candidate will  be a team collaborater and see projects to comlpetion. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Welding: Perform MIG, TIG, and other welding processes on aluminum components according to specifications and blueprints.

• Must be experienced in fabrication, cutting,  shaping, and assembling of aluminum parts using hand tools and welding equipment.
• Must be experienced with examining welds and components for quality and integrity, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain and repair welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain all safety protocols and guidelines in compliance with safety program.
• Project Management
• Maintain  accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during the welding
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration 

Qualifications: 

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical or mechanical fields is a plus. Experience: Previous experience welding MIG TIG Aluminum or a similar manufacturing role is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in reading  schematics/ technical drawings and using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers). 

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 6 hours at one time
