We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Room Associate to help our mailroom daily. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sorting, distributing, and processing all incoming and outgoing mail and packages. This role plays a vital part in keeping communication and deliveries flowing efficiently within the organization.

salary: $16 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5:45 AM - 10:30 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Courier Coordination: Work with delivery services like UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc., for pickups and drop-offs.
  
  
• Record Keeping: Maintain logs of incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries for tracking and accountability.
  
  
• Package Handling: Manage bulk deliveries, track inventory, and notify recipients.
  
  
• Office Support: Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, or delivering interoffice correspondence.
  
  
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and security procedures when handling sensitive or confidential materials.
