If you have experience working with sensitive or regulated inventory, organizational skills, and a focus on accuracy, we want you to join our team.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or stock room management (preferably in aerospace or manufacturing)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with aerospace part numbering systems and documentation requirements
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, BOMs, and packing slips
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software or ERP systems is a plus

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming aerospace parts and materials for accuracy and quality
- Log inventory data into ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Label and store parts according to part numbers, specifications, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain organized stock room layout for efficient storage and retrieval
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to ensure accuracy
- Issue materials to production teams or technicians per work orders and request forms
- Monitor stock levels and notify purchasing of low or depleted items
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (e.g., FAA, AS9100, or ISO) and safety procedures
- Maintain records for traceability, lot numbers, shelf life, and certifications (C of C, MSDS, etc.)
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment safely (if certified)
- Assist in packaging and shipping parts when needed
