We are looking for a high-performing Maintenance Engineering Technician to join our best-in-class talent pool in an international business environment. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will play a critical part in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning distribution center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Maintenance (80%): Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues on conveyors, automated packaging systems, sealers, and forklifts.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed service records and parts inventory using CMMS software.
- Facility Upkeep (20%): Handle routine building repairs, including plumbing, HVAC systems, wall repair, painting, and security camera maintenance.
- Safety & Compliance: Partner with the safety team to address equipment hazards and ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Project Support: Coordinate with outside contractors and assist in the setup or modification of new equipment.
- Experience: Proven background as a Production Maintenance Tech with skills in automation, light electrical, and general trades.
- Certifications: Active Forklift Certification and OSHA 10 are required (OSHA 30 preferred).
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, wiring schematics, and technical manuals.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and bend for extended periods in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
Production & Equipment Maintenance (80%)
- Mechanical Repairs: Perform PMs and troubleshooting on conveyors, automated packaging systems, wrappers, and sealers.
- Fleet & Assets: Repair and maintain forklifts and maintenance vehicles while tracking parts inventory via CMMS software.
- Technical Analysis: Interpret blueprints and wiring schematics to replace components and calibrate electronic equipment.
- Safety Integration: Partner with the Safety Manager to resolve machinery hazards and ensure OSHA compliance.
- General Repairs: Maintain the building interior, including wall repair, painting, plumbing fixtures, and locks.
- Building Systems: Monitor and repair HVAC, security cameras, access controls, and emergency lighting.
- Inspection & Procurement: Identify code violations and procure the materials or vendors needed for structural repairs.
