This is not a repetitive assembly line role; you will be working directly with engineers to bring new technology to life through prototyping, complex diagnostics, and precision hand-work.

Responsibilities
Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Engineering Collaboration: Work side-by-side with the engineering team to build, test, and refine high-level prototypes and custom cable assemblies.
- Board-Level Precision: Perform delicate modifications and probe specific points on circuit boards to verify electrical signals and performance.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize oscilloscopes and multimeters to troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical issues down to the root cause.
- High-Precision Soldering: Execute expert-level soldering for wire-to-connector, surface mount (SMT), and through-hole components.
- Manual Craftsmanship: In this lab environment, there is no pick-and-place machine; every component is integrated by hand, requiring exceptional manual dexterity.
- Micro-Component Handling: Confidently work with ultra-small size 04/02 resistors and other miniature components.
- Schematic Literacy: Read, interpret, and fully understand complex electrical schematics to ensure builds match design intent.
