Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled inspections and routine upkeep on production machinery and facility systems to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using technical manuals and blueprints.
- Facility Oversight: Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical distribution to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Emergency Repairs: Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to restore operations in high-pressure environments.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA standards to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Documentation: Log all work orders and parts usage into the CMMS to track equipment performance and history.
- Project Support: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and structural facility upgrades.

Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled inspections and routine servicing on production lines and facility assets to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment life.
- Systems Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures, often referencing blueprints and technical manuals to resolve complex issues.
- Facility Infrastructure: Maintain critical building systems, including HVAC units, industrial plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire life safety systems.
- Emergency Response: Provide rapid-response support for equipment breakdowns to restore production flow and mitigate operational losses.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- CMMS Documentation: Log all work orders, parts usage, and repairs within a Computerized Maintenance Management System to maintain accurate asset histories.
- Inventory Control: Track and request essential spare parts and specialized tools to ensure high-priority repairs aren't delayed by supply shortages.
- Capital Projects: Assist in the installation, leveling, and commissioning of new machinery or structural facility upgrades.
