Responsibilities

Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday 2:00pm to 10:30pm. As a Material Handler II, you will serve as a critical link in our supply chain, overseeing the precise receipt, storage, and issuance of high-value aircraft components. This role requires prior aviation experience to ensure all materials meet strict FAA/EASA traceability standards and documentation requirements, such as 8130-3 forms and Certificates of Conformance. You will be responsible for maintaining 100% inventory accuracy through rigorous cycle counts and the management of shelf-life-sensitive items using FIFO methodologies. A core requirement of this position is proficiency in Hazmat shipping and handling, ensuring that all dangerous goods are processed in full compliance with IATA/DOT regulations. Beyond standard warehousing, you will manage the segregation of serviceable and quarantined materials and provide urgent support for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations where speed and compliance are paramount. The ideal candidate brings a meticulous eye for detail and the technical ability to navigate complex ERP/WMS systems in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
