- Experience: 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (Required).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 480V 3-phase power, motor controls, and hydraulic rebuilds.
- PLC Knowledge: Ability to go "online" with PLCs to diagnose faults is highly preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associate degree or Trade Certification (Mechatronics/Electrical) is a major plus.
- Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize production downtime.
- Advanced Electronics: Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled machinery (Allen Bradley/Siemens), VFDs, and servo motors.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute and improve scheduled PM programs using CMMS software to ensure equipment longevity.
- Blueprints & Schematics: Read and interpret advanced electrical schematics and mechanical drawings for system overhauls.
- Safety & Compliance: Operate within OSHA guidelines, including strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
