Responsibilities

This is a critical hands-on leadership role requiring the manager to spend approximately 85% of the time on the production floor actively managing the flow of goods. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English to ensure seamless communication with all personnel and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Directly manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, storage, and distribution to ensure efficient logistics flow
• Hands-on Management: Spend the majority of the workday (~85%) on the floor, actively supervising, training, and guiding the team through all warehouse processes.
• Inventory Control: Implement and maintain robust perpetual inventory management and control strategies to achieve and sustain high levels of accuracy
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and develop warehouse and logistics staff in safety procedures and operational best practices.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement streamlined operational procedures and warehouse layouts to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage the timely and cost-effective distribution of products, coordinating shipping and receiving operations.
