Pay: $35.00 – $40 /hr + Benefits
Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (No "Graveyard" Hours)
Why You’ll Love This Role Forget fixing leaky faucets or painting walls. This is a true technician’s role in a premier metals processing facility. You aren't just "maintenance"—you are the backbone of our production.
- Machine-First Culture: We value your brain as much as your toolbox. You’ll spend your time on complex industrial machinery like Slitters, Shears, and Cut-to-Length lines.
- The "Sweet Spot" Shift: Reclaim your mornings and avoid the 5:00 PM rush hour. Our 2nd shift offers a better lifestyle balance than traditional midnight rotations.
- A Proactive Environment: We don’t just "run to fail." We prioritize high-level preventative maintenance, giving you the time to do the job right the first time.
- Modern Shop: Work in a clean, organized environment with the specialized diagnostic tools you need.
- Industry Stability: Metals processing is a backbone industry. Enjoy year-round stability with consistent OT opportunities to boost your take-home pay.
- Full Benefits: Access to premium healthcare, 401(k) matching, and PTO starting from day one.
- Autonomy: We hire experts and treat them as such. You’ll have the independence to diagnose and solve problems without being micromanaged.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Master the repair of 480V 3-phase power, DC motors, and complex hydraulic/pneumatic circuits.
- Strategic PMs: Execute a sophisticated maintenance program to ensure zero downtime.
- Diverse Challenges: Keep our fleet of forklifts and overhead cranes in top shape, utilizing your welding and fabrication skills when the situation calls for it.
- The Experience: 5+ years in industrial maintenance (Heavy manufacturing or metals experience is a huge plus).
- The Mindset: You enjoy the challenge of diagnosing an intermittent electrical fault or a pressure drop.
- Technical Edge: High proficiency in 3-phase wiring and motor controls is a must.
